Our Design Process
Our design process is centered around thoughtful planning, clear communication, and creative problem-solving. From the initial consultation and site review to concept development, final landscape plans, 3D visualization, and construction collaboration, we guide each project with care to create outdoor spaces that are both beautiful and buildable.
STEP 1
Initial Design Consultation
We begin with a design consultation to discuss your goals, ideas, and vision for the space. This meeting is typically conducted through Google Meet or Zoom, allowing us to review the project, answer questions, and understand your needs.
STEP 2
Site Information & Project Review
Clients provide site information such as property surveys, site plans, photos, videos, or drone images. This allows us to understand the existing conditions and opportunities for the design.
STEP 3
Concept Landscape Design
We develop the initial landscape concept, organizing outdoor spaces, circulation, planting areas, and outdoor living features into a cohesive design.
STEP 4
Final Landscape Plan
After feedback and revisions, the final landscape plan is prepared. This plan includes layout details, planting selections, and material guidance that contractors can use to build the project.
Step 5
3D Visualization
Realistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs are created so clients can clearly visualize the proposed landscape before construction begins.
Step 6
Construction Collaboration
For projects in Colorado Springs and surrounding cities, we can assist with landscape construction. For projects outside Colorado, we collaborate with trusted landscape contractors to bring the design to life.
